Few humans have what we would consider to be a perfect childhood, and sometimes the hurts and pains from our early years continue to affect us into our adult lives.
Here are some hints for dealing with the pain:
1. Realize you are not alone. Many of us have to remodel our original blueprint.
2. Talk through your pain with people who care and who can really help you.
3. Remember that it is okay to move on and eventually let those pains go. They do not have to ruin or define your life.
